Some Come Early

"Some come early
Sit outside THE GATE
Talk endlessly
At a rapid rate"

"On and on
With endless repetition
Parroting many prayers
Regurgitating ones situation"

.....'She is devout and religious'
Many would say
Her desire is for a relationship
With all she loves, EVERY DAY

.....Then when tragedy strikes
Oh my God, many scream
Jesus came to earth
To heal restore and redeem

Many enjoy God's handiwork
Yet fail to realise
That a soul is incomplete
When wise in their own eyes

.......I come to you Father
At the crack of dawn
You FORGIVE and FORGET
By your GRACE I'm reborn

.....Oh to stroll in THE GARDEN
Beside you we're complete
This 'Intimacy of relationship'
Began at your 'mercy seat'
