As We Build On The Good

As we build on the GOOD
The BAD WILL FALL AWAY
Lies have short legs
Truth we CELEBRATE every day

TRUTH will STAND
The TEST OF TIME
AS she MEDITATED on THE PROVERBS
One verse at a time

She searched for understanding
Oh to THINK before we act
Is it right. Is it good?
What is the central FACT

.......Those who leave the straight paths
Walk in DARK WAYS
To twist ANCIENT TRUTHS
HELPS CREATE SAD DAYS

......To gain WISDOM and KNOWLEDGE
Honour and respect OUR CREATOR
His LOVE for HUMANITY
Includes the FAITHFUL and the HATER

.....The Proverbs teach WISDOM
Train us to live with INTEGRITY
And 'turn the other cheek'
When falsely accused unjustly

......She put on her coat
Ran to Manu's Mansion
Sat at His feet and listened
To His explanation. His exposition

........God is in His Heaven
All will be right On Mother Earth
HE sent Jesus to redeem us
And GIVE His GIFT of NEW BIRTH

........He guards the path of those
Who are FAITHFUL and HONEST
Forgives and UNITES us
BLEST with His BEST we REST
