Quite Bewildered!

Quite bewildered
She ran through the woods
Oh to get to Manu’s Mansion
As soon as she could

She received his message
Courier post
With a large bunch of flowers
Vegetables and a chicken roast

Puzzled and perplexed
She set a time
To be at His Mansion
Sensing all was not fine

…..she knew from experience
His maid would wait for her
Of late she had wondered
If she could continue any further

……..The pathway was sodden
With the abundance of rain
This hindered her ability
To sing her usual happy refrain

Learning to concentrate
Where she placed her steps
And to make matters worse
Last night she had not slept

……..what is going on?
She thought in dismay
This time of woes
Stay? Or go away

……’Come out of her my people
Lest you receive her plagues’
Revelation 18 verse 4
So clear. Not vague!

Right on dusk she arrived
At Manu’s magnificent Mansion
Her clothes were tattered
Long out of fashion

……..The maid greeted her
With tears in her eyes
Manu has called you
To many evil is in disguise

Many think right is wrong
And wrong is right
He has a message for you
Which will delight. Give with insight

……..Darling old Manu
Had tears in his eyes
As he greeted her lovingly
Deep emotion he couldn’t disguise

He looked at her clothes
In need of repair
Her coat soaking wet
Of her deep need so aware

……….they sat by the fire
Enjoying nutritious food
Manu listened intently
Never once rude

‘I have called you here’
He said at long last
‘We will work as a team
As the climate is changing fast’

He took her hand
Placed this upon His Bible
All those he said
Who have proven reliable

Will see the heavens open
The the Glory of ‘God on display’
As never before in History
In these last days

…….she bowed her head
The maid touched her shoulder
Manu had to wait, she said
Wisdom comes when older!

Tears filled her eyes
Freely these flowed
As she looked upon Manu’s face
With Gods Glory, this glowed

Love covers
A multitude of sin
Evil will dissipate
GOOD will win

GREAT and MARVELLOUS
