Huddled In The Corner

Huddled in the corner
Of The Kings Courtyard
Could not see The Beauty
As she was wounded and scarred

Within a small space
Her body was curled
The Kings flag remained beside her
Tightly and Neatly Furled

......The courtyard, so empty
Not a soul in sight
Was this "A DAY Of DOOM"
Had many taken flight

At first a deathly silence
Then Angelic voices filled the air
Our Creators Divine presence
Infiltrated This walled garden EVERYWHERE

.......Why could she not perceive
In days gone by
Why evil had overtaken many
And caused A NATION to cry

.......As she listened to the music
HOPE began to blossom
Could it be possible that GOD'S GRACE
Would restore what had been forgotten

......"UNFURL the FLAG
RAISE LOVES STANDARD HIGH"
As she danced in the courtyard
Many repented with a loud cry

The sounds of remorse
Wafted to Heaven's realm
As many made the decision
To place their Maker at their life's helm

.......OUR God is the beginning
The Alpha, Omega, THE END
Present everywhere, all powerful
His Son who redeems, He did send

.......with The FLAG fully unfurled
She ceased acting pathetically
Many joined her in His Courts
And joined the dance joyfully

.......President Obama's
Heart warming Eulogy
And the song he sang
For the NATIONS to see
