In The Cool Of The Evening

In the cool of the evening
I was shown a dairy farm
The home overlooked the lake
And the trees added much charm

The very next morning
I awoke totally amazed
This gift was for a family
Who’d sought the right pathways
As now before me
In that still morning hour
I sensed this block was A treasure
That would blossom and flower
Into much more
Than originally thought
As its new caretakers
Have been well taught
And their skills and devotion
Would bring a bonding and peace
As they establish their own identity
The blessings would never cease
