Manu's maid
Opened the door
As she had done
Many times before

She looked out
Into the dark night
All she could see in the distance
Was one small candle light

Someone is coming
Heading this way
So she prepared the table
In her own special way

.......late that evening
A Messenger arrived
A mighty storm
He had survived

......as they sat around their table
He shared what he knew
