It Is Not The Things That Can Be Bought

It is not the things that can be bought
Or even the knowledge that one has been taught

Manu looked thoughtful
His face looked serene
A very LONG LIFE
For him it had been

This ‘SOUL FOOD’ is given to impart

Then psychologically, biologically
And spiritually BALANCED we’ll stay

Will restore well-being
And comfort us when we’re faint”
