Once Upon A Time

Once Upon A Time
In The Pioneer era
Two compliant draught horses
Who were conscientious and clever
Would plough a field
Before the heat of The Day
They listened intently
To all The Master did say

.......When The Seasons changed
And The Weather became rough
The droughts and storms
Made everyones life tough

Their driver now told them
The furrows were not straight
Prolonged stress now placed all
In an anxious state

.......Float not fight
The wise old owl would express
In acceptance lies peace
Apply patience, REST

.....When THE REIGNS WERE LAID DOWN
The horses joy was contagious
Under their creators Divine Order
The furrows were no longer ..... outrageous !

Peace replaced stress
All were blest
The furrows became straight
Surrender creates rest
