When Mr Negative
Went to town
Upon his face
He wore A FROWN

“Why are you downcast?”
To this he replied
Without A VISION
The people perish, he cried

“Come with me”
His new friend said
First priority
Is to clear ones head

…They walked together
Along a beach
Smelt the sea breezes
And watched gulls glide and screech

"Shed your baggage
START AFRESH
Establish a Routine
Of WORK, PLAY and REST"

Wow! He thought
And began the next day
As he created NEW habit patterns
Abundant life adorned HIS NEW WAY

His sensible diet
And walking regime
Kept him healthy
And it did seem
That many enjoyed
His company
Joy replaced his frown
Now that he lives positively!
