The bottom fell out
Of my life’s boat
Self shouted sink
God’s word whispered float

He took my hand
Showed me Love’s Royal Law
Guided and strengthened me
To reach the yonder shore

When I was weather beaten
Discouraged, cast down
He gave me a Gown
Placed on my head, A Crown.....

He taught me His principles
Revealed THE WAY
THE TRUTH and the LIFE
By His side I stay

.....As vast as The Heavens
Is your unfailing love
My Saviour is faithful
He reigns in Heaven HIGH ABOVE
