Twenty Nine Miners

Twenty nine miners
Trapped underground
Frustration and emotions
Intense until found

Whatever the outcome
“We have done our best”
Other Nations have helped
Families are denied rest

Oh for closure
In a ‘time warp’ we are frozen
We seek A Miracle
Some comfort from this explosion

.....May your presence
Hover over this place
May the next days
Be AN ACT of much grace

Character, fortitude
And compassion are found
In the ‘dark face of adversity’
Here love will abound
