Many Walk Upon Earth

Many walk upon earth
As blind as bats
Creating their own cave
Wearing "The self centred" hats

Pleasure seekers
Doing that which "feels good"
Often neglecting to seek
What we really should

......Manu was thoughtful
Many perched around His huge tree
His maid whispered in his ear
"Oh why can't reality they see

.......As it had rained all night
Water lay upon the ground
The earth was saturated
Not a dry place was found

Drenched by the cold water
Had they come to complain?
They huddled under the shelter
Under Manu's wings once again

........Manu knew their hearts
As to why they were there
Of their need to be comforted
He was acutely aware

Luke chapter 19
That which is hidden from our eyes
No longer is clouded
By that self centred disguise

Jerusalem
41 Now as He drew near, He saw the city and wept over it,
42 saying, “If you had known,
even you, especially in this your day,
the things that make for your peace!
But now they are hidden from your eyes.

Jesus Cleanses the Temple
