Stress and I
Do not dwell together
She stated with certainty
Our union will never be ever

So why try to explain
How pressure inhibits the soul
Freedom is the catalyst
Towards flying FREE, being WHOLE

Some yell rather loudly
That life is so short
So she counted the days!!!!
The answer was not what she thought

…..Seasons come
And seasons go
And before we realise
Into OLD AGE we grow

Happy memories
A happy reprieve
Being our comfort
As we SLOW DOWN…..Deep breath!

………She wrote in the sand
With her walking stick???? umbrella
In humongous letters
Placed in her MEMORY FOREVER!

Uncluttered . Uncomplicated
Easy to UNDERSTAND
Focussed on what REALLY mattered

……The gulls squawked loudly
Did they really comprehend
The WISDOM in this ONE WORD
Would Manu say….how absurd!?

The cry of her heart
Why follow the crowd
GUARD PRICELESS SIMPLICITY
Even when sea gulls squawk on and on, loud
