LESSON Number Three

Lesson number three
In the art of being FREE
She sat beside the Maid
Asking questions, excitedly

"Be kind to yourself"
Was the Maid's last word
A knock on their door
Both then heard

.......Manu was out walking
On his early morning stroll
The maid nodded at her
"Time to function in your own role"

"Listen attentively
Then listen some more
Ask a question
Come child, open The Door"

A dozen thoughts
Raced through her head
A forlorn stranger stood there
She did as The Maid said

........a wonderful thing happened
Right before her eyes
Healing balm through understanding
Soothed those hurt cries

......under the tree they sat
In the sheltered courtyard
Here she "Listened with empathy"
To a soul so marred

Questions asked with sensitivity
Both stood surprised!
As they became enlightened
A NEW dimension was realised!

.......Her loving Master
Guided them gently
Come meet Manu she concluded
Yes, she stayed for tea.
