Well! She Flopped In His Chair

Well! She flopped in HIS CHAIR
In a ‘state of distress’
Her feet were muddied
And soiled was her dress

Her heart was hurting
Very real was her pain
“Oh please give me the understanding
That is simple and plain”

.....As the maid poured the tea
Manu shared compassionately
He spoke of the many benefits
Of MODERN TECHNOLOGY

The computer age, he continued
Has created another form of woe
Which wounds the soul
And stunts the way we grow

.....Oh for THE WISDOM
To discern, then choose
That which is good
And what’s harmful refuse

Listen to what I say
And treasure my commands.

Tune your ears to wisdom
And concentrate on understanding

Cry out for insight
And ask for understanding,

Search for them as you would for silver
Seek them like hidden treasures.....

.....Then you will understand what is right, just, and fair,
and you will find the right way to go, for wisdom will enter your heart
and knowledge will fill you with joy.

Wise choices will watch over you.
